GENERAL QUESTIONS

How to turn on the keyboard and pair it with your iPad? (For keyboard with touchpad)

1. First please upgrade your iPad software to iPadOS 13.2.2, so that you can fully access to the touchpad function
2. After updated, turn on the keyboard, you'll see the indicators and the keyboard backlit flash once, that indicates the keyboard is on.
3. Next, please enable the keyboard pairing mode by press the combination key:Fn + C (for leather iPad 10.5 keyboard please press FN +Z )
You'll see the blue indicator flashes. It indicates the keyboard enters to pairing mode
4. Then please turn on your iPad Bluetooth, and searching the name "iPad keyboard" on your iPad Bluetooth list, and tap it for connection.
5. Once your iPad says the keyboard is "Connected," the keyboard and iPad have paired successfully.
6. After paired, please enable the touchpad function on your iPad.Please Open your iPad Settings app - Go to Accessibility - Go to Touch, under the Physical andMotor section, Turn on the AssistiveTouch toggle.
7. After that, your iPad will detect the keyboard/touchpad immediately. You'll see the cursor moves by sliding your fingers across the touchpad, and you can adjust the cursor moving speed by open your iPad Settings app - Go to General - Go to Trackpad & Mouse to adjust the tracking speed.
8. If you don't want to use the touchpad,or if the cursor affects your typing, you can press the combination key "FN+T" to lockthe touchpad.(for leather iPad 10.5 keyboard please press FN +space )

How to turn on the keyboard and pair it with your iPad? (For keyboard without touchpad)

1. Please turn on the keyboard, you'll see the indicators and the keyboard backlit flash once, that indicates the keyboard is on.
2. Next, please enable the keyboard pairing mode by press the combination key:Fn + C
You'll see the blue indicator flashes. It indicates the keyboard enters to pairing mode
3. Then please turn on your iPad Bluetooth, and searching the name "iPad keyboard" on your iPad Bluetooth list, and tap it for connection.
4. Once your iPad says the keyboard is "Connected," the keyboard and iPad have paired successfully.

How to turn on the keyboard stable backlit?

-Press the combination key "Fn + lightbulb(next to the space bar)" will turn on the keyboard stable backlit. Press them again will increase the brightness, the third time will maximize the light, and the fourth time will turn off the backlit.

-Press the combination key "Fn + RGB" will adapt the backlit colors.

How to turn on the keyboard breathing backlit?

-Press the combination key "Fn + Q" will turn on the breathing backlit

-Press the combination key "Fn + W" will change the breathing rate.

How to change between lowercase and uppercase on the keyboard?

The Caps lock default function is to switch languages. So to type capital letters on the keyboard, please turn off the Cap lock default function first.

Go to your iPad general settings --- keyboards setting---Hardware keyboard---Turn off the toggle of "switch languages using Caps Lock", then you can change between lowercase and upper case by press the Caps lock key.

How to confirm the keyboard need to be charged?

When the low battery indicator(red sign) blinks, please use the included TYPE-C cable with your iPad charger to recharge it.The red indicator stays on during recharging.

How to do if the keyboard can't connect to your iPad?

Please delete all the devices on your iPad Bluetooth list, then restart your iPad Bluetooth and restart the keyboard.
Then reconnect the keyboard with your iPad as per the above steps.

How to do if some keys don't work?

If some of the keys don't work, please try to reset the keyboard by pressing and hold the combination key "L+S+Z" for 3 seconds; you'll see the indicator flash once. It shows the keyboard has been reset.

After resetting the keyboard, please pair the keyboard with your iPad again.

How to do if the touchpad didn't work?

The touchpad only works with iPad OS13.2.2. Please check if your iPad is running iPadOS13.2.2 or above version
The iPad assistive touch toggle is turned off by default. Please go to the iPad accessibility setting to check if you iPad assistive touch function is ON
The touchpad could be locked or enabled by press the combination key FN + T, Please press the combination key to check if your touchpad function isenabled. (for leather iPad 10.5 keyboard please press FN +space )
